Ralph C. Patrone, Sr. is the president of Uni-Kem Chemicals, Inc. which he founded in 1985.  Uni-Kem was formed because Ralph saw the need for a chemical company that offered products and services desperately needed by the food service industry.  With that he started  a company servicing the metropolitan Philadelphia area. From there, Uni-Kem has enlarged its client base to the entire East coast and is currently expanding to include all states east of the Mississippi.  A family business, Uni-Kem began with the founder, his son Ralph Jr., wife Arleen and six employees.  Uni-Kem attributes it success to the dedication of its loyal employees and long-term relationships with their satisfied customers.
